Initial Nutrition Assessment (60 min) - $185
Involves thorough growth and nutrition assessment and individualized recommendations following. In-person or Telehealth.

Initial Nutrition Assessment and Feeding Observation (90 min) - $230
Involves thorough growth and nutrition assessment + mealtime observation to observe mealtime behaviours and feeding skills. Individualized recommendations following. In-person or Telehealth.

Follow-up Nutrition Appointment (30 min) - $120
For families that have already had an initial Assessment and/or Mealtime observation. Families must have an initial appointment to book a follow-up. In-person or Telehealth.
Services:
Prenatal and Postpartum:
- Optimizing nutrition during pregnancy
- Symptom management e.g. heartburn, constipation
- Support with supplementation
- Maternal dietary modifications in the context of infant allergies e.g. cow’s milk protein allergy - Nutrition to optimize lactation and post-partum recovery e.g. C-Section recovery

Infancy:
- Failure to thrive/poor growth
- Support with streamlining feeding e.g. transitioning away from triple feeding - Starting solids
- Refusal of solids or slow to solids
